Beauty Products I’m Loving

I have a confession…I’m a beauty product junkie. I love testing out the latest releases from popular brands at major beauty stores, but I also love scouring the drugstore for hidden gems. There are so many products on the market that it’s hard to decide which items are worth it without spending a fortune. Read on to learn about some of the items I’m currently obsessing over and maybe you’ll find a new favorite or two.

Soft Pop Blush Stick - Makeup by Mario

Before I found this product, I was strictly a powder blush girl. In fact, the idea of using a cream brush scared me a bit. Now that I’ve used cream, I don’t think I’ll ever go back. This formula is very easy to blend and a little goes a long way. My skin is very pale so blush is a must have for me, but too much can easily make me look like a clown. With this blush stick, it’s very hard to use too much. One swipe, a little blending, and you’re done. Gorgeous color pay off and long wear. My favorite shades are Dusty Rose and Pale Petal.

Vault Leave-In Conditioner by Amika

I have very thin, color treated hair that is easily weighed down by products. I had been searching for something to put in my hair after a shower that would help with any tangling but wouldn’t weigh it down. I use a few sprays of this right when I get out of the shower. Not only does it help my hair feel silky, but my brush glides effortlessly through my hair. It also protects your hair color and helps to prevent the sun from fading your color.

Ultra HD Matte Lip Color by Revlon

I picked this up on a whim and it turned out to be the greatest drugstore product I’ve found in a long time. I was really impressed with the quality given the fact that it is indeed a drugstore product. I think it could compete with a lot of high-end lip products. It’s available in 16 shades so you’re bound to find one you like. My favorite shade right now is a light pink called Devotion. This product really does stay put so it’s perfect if you’re constantly taking a mask on and off. If you want a long wear lip color with a matte finish, I suggest you give this a try. Also, if matte products aren’t for you, this also comes in other formulas like a high shine and a gloss.

You Up? Eye Cream by Loumi Skincare

If you struggle with dark circles like I do, you’re probably always on the lookout for ways to brighten your undereye area. I’ve tried an embarrassing amount of eye creams and concealers and they are not all created equal. Loumi’s eye cream is insanely hydrating and fantastic for brightening. It’s also wonderful for sensitive skin – especially the delicate skin under your eyes. If you need more reasons to try this, it helps eliminate puffiness and wrinkles!

What are some of your favorite beauty products right now?
